Sel’icorne: Low-Sodium Plant-Based Salt Alternative

Sel’icorne is a plant-based salt substitute made from salicornia, containing eight times less sodium than regular salt. Rich in essential minerals and antioxidants , the product aims to help consumers lower their salt intake to meet the WHO’s recommended maximum of 5g/day. The project, developed with support from the ATLIC incubation program , is designed for distribution in fine grocery stores and pharmacies.
